At capture2canvas ("we," "our," or "us"), we take pride in our work and ensure that every project is completed with professionalism and creativity. Due to the nature of photography and artistic services, we have a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

  • Refunds will not be issued if a client is unhappy with the final images, artwork, or creative interpretation.

  • We work closely with clients during the process to understand their vision and expectations, but artistic interpretation remains at our discretion.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover initial preparation work.

  • Once full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or emergency).

  • If a refund is granted, it will be at our sole discretion.

4. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule a session or service with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours), subject to availability.

  • Any deposits or payments will be applied to the rescheduled session, but no refunds will be issued.
